INFRARED SAUNA
The infrared sauna uses an infrared light to warm your body directly and penetrates the skin, rather than simply heating the air around you. Because of this you experience a more intense sweat than you would in a conventional sauna.
By increasing your cores body temperature the Infrared sauna can help switch on your body’s natural defence mechanisms and stimulate white blood cells and blood circulation.

HYDROTHERAPY
Alternating between our hot and cold magnesium pools expands and contracts your blood vessels. This helps to increase blood circulation and reduce inflammation. We have also added Magnesium to our pools which will be absorbed through the skin and help with aches and pains, stiffness, swelling/inflammation and is also a great sleep aid.

Cryotherapy is proven to help speed up recovery and reduce inflammation/swelling. Isolated cryotherapy uses vapor approaching temperatures -160 degrees Celsius to activate the body's optimum defence mechanism and speeds up recovery time. One session of Cryotherapy is the equivalent of up to 8 hours or icing the injury.
